Beverage / Alcohol Policy

All Events

Clients may bring non-alcoholic beverages (soda and water) into the venue at no additional charge.

Bar service is available as an optional add-on for $250 (see details below).

 

Saturday Events

All Saturday bookings include a cash bar, licensed bartender, and on-site security.

Clients may still bring non-alcoholic beverages (soda and water) at no charge.

Bar Service Add-On — $250 Flat Fee

Our bar service package includes:

  • Licensed bartender

  • On-site security

  • Selection of imported and domestic beer, wine, and spirits available for purchase

Alcohol Use & Restrictions

Alcohol is strictly prohibited unless provided through Soiree Event Space’s official bar service.

Outside alcohol is not permitted under any circumstances.

​

If unauthorized alcohol is found on the premises, management reserves the right to take immediate action, including event shutdown and/or restriction of future bookings.

 

All events are monitored by on-site staff and/or video surveillance. The event host is responsible for ensuring guest compliance with this policy.

Bar Service Guidelines

  • Valid ID Required: All guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID. No exceptions.

  • Card Payments Only: Cash is not accepted. Debit, credit, apple pay or cash app only.

  • Service Duration: Bar service is limited to 5 consecutive hours per event.

  • Last Call: For events ending at midnight, last call is at 11:00 PM, and all persons must exit by 12:00 AM.

  • Open Bar/Tab Option: Hosts may open a tab by providing a debit or credit card in advance.

  • Indoor Consumption Only: All food and beverages must be consumed inside the venue.​

 

Agreement

We enforce our alcohol policy to maintain a safe, enjoyable, and legally compliant environment. By booking your event, you acknowledge and agree to all terms outlined above.​
