Beverage / Alcohol Policy

Wine Cheers

Clients are permitted to bring non-alcoholic beverages into the event space at no additional charge. However, the possession, service, or consumption of alcohol is strictly prohibited unless bar service is added to your event.

 

Bar service is available as an add-on for a flat fee of $350, which includes:

  • A licensed and insured bartender

  • On-site security personnel

  • A selection of imported and domestic beer, wine, and spirits

Absolutely no outside alcohol is allowed under any circumstances. If any alcohol is found on the premises that was not provided through our official bar service:

  • Your entire security deposit will be forfeited

  • Further action may be taken at our discretion, including shutting down the event and/or blocking future bookings

All events are monitored either in person by staff or via video surveillance. As the host, you are responsible for ensuring that all guests comply with our alcohol policy.

Bar Service Guidelines

If bar service is added to your event, the following rules apply:

  • Valid ID Required: All guests must present a valid, government-issued photo ID to be served alcohol. No exceptions.

  • Card Payments Only: Cash is not accepted. All alcohol purchases must be made by debit or credit card.

  • Bar Service Duration: Bar service is limited to 5 continuous hours during your event.

  • Last Call & Departure: For events ending at midnight, last call will be at 11:00 PM, and all guests must vacate the premises by 12:00 AM. A $25 fee will be deducted from your security deposit for every 15 minutes past midnight.

  • Open Bar/Tab: If you would like to run a bar tab or offer an open bar, a credit or debit card must be given to the bartender in advance and will be charged for your desired amount.

  • Indoor Consumption Only: All food and beverages—alcoholic and non-alcoholic—must be consumed inside the venue. Outside consumption is not allowed.

Bar Service Acknowledgment Form

If you purchase bar service, an acknowledgment form will be emailed to you. We kindly ask that you complete and return this form at least two weeks before your event to ensure proper staffing and compliance.

We take our alcohol policy seriously to ensure a safe, enjoyable, and legally compliant experience for all clients and their guests. By booking your event, you acknowledge and agree to all terms outlined above.
